After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, Hugo joined Macquarie, via the graduate recruitment programme in 2008 after completing a summer internship in 2007. Working within the Market Risk division of the Risk Management Group, Hugo works closely with the Energy Markets Division and Credit Trading Division of the Treasury and Commodities Group, analysing market risks associated with new deals and products.
