After completing a Masters in Finance at the University of St Andrews, Donald joined Macquarie in 2008. Working within the Risk Management Group, Donald is responsible for reviewing counterparties credit worthiness and recommending appropriate credit limits. In addition, Donald also works with a number business groups to gain an understanding of their specific requirements enabling him to negotiate relevant deal agreements. Donald describes the culture as “innovative and team-orientated, the culture encourages individual responsibility which means you get real exposure from day one. Your contribution is really recognised making Macquarie a true meritocracy”.
