After graduating in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics Jani joined Macquarie via the 2009 graduate recruitment programme. Working within Macquarie Capital Advisers Jani’s responsibilities include gathering and analysing market data, preparing external and internal presentations and pitches and valuing assets. Describing the culture as flat yet supportive, providing people with the freedom to explore their full potential, Jani has already had the opportunity to attend a comprehensive training course at Macquarie’s head office in Sydney. “I get frequent exposure to senior managers and directors and their thinking. It has really helped me develop my skills and knowledge and progress as a professional, I am looking forward to developing with Macquarie further.”
