Nigel studied Biochemistry at Essex University and joined Macquarie in 2007. Working in Macquarie's Bristol office, Nigel is the Head of Operations for Macquarie's recently launched Wrap platform, a platform that allows financial planners to manage their clients' assets. A typical day for Nigel would usually start with a management meeting to ensure his team is across the day's activities and are well prepared for the coming days. "Delivering outstanding client service is central to the corporate values at Macquarie, planning ahead and being prepared allows the Operations team to concentrate on excellent service delivery."
