Nadir joined Macquarie in 2006 and works in Structured Equity Finance. Responsible for product development and sales, Nadir works with new and existing clients regarding the best way they can maximise their securities lending and financing opportunities. Describing the culture as "sportingly competitive yet laid back", Nadir was initially attracted to Macquarie due to its reputation for excelling within the markets in which it operates.
