After graduating in a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Ben joined Macquarie’s London office in 2008. Working in Macquarie Capital Funds Finance, Ben’s enjoys the variety of work he is involved with, which varies from day to day accounting and financial reporting through to managing the financial components of large fund transactions and liaising with Investors. Describing Macquarie’s culture as “entrepreneurial, relaxed and open, while still being results driven”, Ben has had the opportunity to participate in a wealth of training since joining Macquarie ranging from technical accounting to more analytical based training that has enabled him to better understand Macquarie’s business activities and the roles of others.
