After graduating in Chemical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Manchester, Ryan joined Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities via the graduate recruitment programme in 2008. Working within commodity hedge fund sales, Ryan is responsible for establishing and developing a number of key investment solutions. Undertaking an initial 2 week training programme at Macquarie’s head office in Sydney, Ryan has had the opportunity to participate in a wealth of on the job training and more formal training courses since joining. Describing his role as fast – paced and dynamic, Ryan says “it is really exciting to work with some of the best minds in both financial trading and physical commodities”.
