Macquarie provides you with a comprehensive training program to help you better understand our culture and values. Your orientation program will depend on which Group you are joining. In addition some groups may require you to travel to our head office in Sydney, Australia to take part in a two week professional development program. You will also receive on-the-job training specific to your position. We believe that a combination of formal and on-the-job training as well as further education is important to your professional development. Analysts joining our Macquarie Capital will have the opportunity to study for a Master of Finance (Investment Banking) degree from INSEAD – a world-leading business school. Unique to the investment banking industry, this is a post-graduate degree program undertaken while working at Macquarie. The curriculum for this degree was designed jointly by Macquarie and INSEAD and tailored specifically to a career in investment advisory.
