Motorway Service Areas PPP |
|
|
Announced by the National Road Authority (NRA) in May 2007, the Motorway Services Areas PPP project involves the design, construction, financing and operation of service areas on Ireland’s national road network. The first tranche is expected to include two service areas on the M1 motorway and one on the M4 motorway. An MPFI team comprising Macquarie (financial adviser and lead equity sponsor), John Sisk & Son Holdings (design and build) and Lagan Construction (design and build) has been shortlisted for the project.
