21 November 2005 MIIF advises that Macquarie Infrastructure Company (MIC) (NYSE: MIC) has reported the consolidated results of its operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. MIC also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2005 in the amount of $0.50 per share. Mr Gregory Osborne, Managing Director of MIIF’s manager, said: “MIC’s dividend is in line with previous guidance provided by MIC.
