MIIF - Additional Disclosure Pursuant to Appendix 7.2 of the SGX Listing Manual Borrowings at 30 June 2005 |

04 August 2005 Further to the announcement broadcast by Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund (MIIF) titled "Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund Limited - SGX Report 30 June 2005 and Independent Review Report", and as required by Appendix 7.2 Part I 1.(b)(ii) of the SGX Listing Manual, MIIF confirms that it was not party to borrowings that were outstanding at 30 June 2005, nor had it issued debt securities that remained outstanding at that date. About MIIF MIIF is an infrastructure fund formed to own, operate and invest in a diversified group of infrastructure businesses around the world.
