Principle 14: Communication with shareholders

MIIF will provide timely, open and accurate information to all stakeholders, including investors, regulators and the wider investment community. The board has adopted policies and procedures in relation to compliance with the disclosure requirements under the SGX-ST Listing Rules, having regard to the recommendations of the Code.

MIIF has developed a shareholder communications policy. The cornerstone of this policy is the delivery of timely and relevant information to shareholders. Financial and other information (including press releases and SGX-ST announcements) is made available on MIIF’s website at www.macquarie.com/miif.
