Corporate governance
Principle 10: Accountability The board should present a balanced and understandable assessment of MIIF’s performance, position and prospects.
The board provides MIIF’s shareholders with a balanced and understandable assessment of MIIF’s performance, position and prospects via MIIF’s SGX-ST quarterly reports which are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards. To facilitate this, the manager in turn provides the board with quarterly management accounts. The manager also provides the board with regular business and financial reports, highlighting key business indicators and any major issues that are relevant to MIIF’s performance, position and prospects. |
