The business provides customers with 24-hour secure parking located at sites near airport terminals. Shuttle buses transport customers between the parking facility and the airport terminal.

Our operations are predominantly carried out on land that we own or for which we have secured a long-term lease. Operations on owned land account for a majority of the businesses' revenue.

Airport parking facility occupancy, and therefore revenue, is driven by commercial air travel volumes. Air travel volumes have declined along with the broader economic slowdown, however the long-term outlook for off-airport parking, based on airport traffic growth forecasts by the Federal Aviation Administration, is for enplanement growth of approximately 3% per year*. We believe that our nationwide coverage and robust marketing programs provide us with a competitive advantage over other off-airport parking operations in capturing a portion of this growth.
