We own, operate and invest in a diversified group of infrastructure businesses in the United States.

We offer investors an opportunity to participate in the ownership of infrastructure businesses. Infrastructure businesses traditionally have been owned by governments or private investors, or formed part of vertically integrated companies.

Our businesses consist of an airport services business, 50% of the company that owns one of the largest bulk liquid storage terminal businesses in the US, a gas production and distribution business, a district energy business and an airport parking business.

Our infrastructure businesses are leaders in their respective industry sectors. They benefit from predictable revenues that are the product of consistent, relatively inelastic demand for the services they provide and, as a result, they have sustainable and growing long-term cash flows. The businesses’ strong cash flows support a stable, sustainable level of distributions to LLC interest holders.
