Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG)

MCG was an ASX listed entity established in 2002 to make equity and equity-related investments in communications infrastructure.

In June 2009, security holders of MCG voted to approve the acquisition of MCG by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). MCG was delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange on 24 July 2009. For tax information for investors, please see the tax links to the right.
