The business and affairs of the Fund are managed under the direction of the Fund’s Board of Directors (a majority of whom are independent), including supervision of the duties performed by the Fund’s investment advisor, Macquarie Capital Investment Management LLC (MCIM). The names and business addresses of the Directors and officers of the Fund and their principal occupations and other affiliations during the past five years are available under 'Management of the Fund' in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI).
