Overview

Macquarie Capital’s U.S. Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team offers the full spectrum of ECM products, including Initial Public Offerings, Follow-ons, PIPEs, Wall-Crossings, Converts,  At-The-Market offerings, and Share Purchases. ECM focuses on working with our clients to develop the optimal capital raising structures to meet their needs and market conditions. Our clients benefit from our combination of balance sheet strength; structuring and advisory expertise; and the outstanding international distribution and research capabilities of Macquarie Securities.

Recent highlights for the team include: 

  • Executed 94 transactions raising $89 billion in the U.S. since 2010, including 30 as bookrunner
  • Ranked 15th in the U.S. Equity Bookrunner League Table in 2012 (Bloomberg)
  • Bookrunner on the largest REIT IPO in more than a year and one of the largest IPOs in 2012 (Spirit Realty Capital)
