Activities: Macquarie Capital Group comprises Macquarie Group's corporate advisory, equity, debt and private capital markets businesses, and undertakes principal investing.

Staff locations: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, the UAE, the UK and the US.

Macquarie Capital Group

Macquarie Capital Group provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring.

Advisory activities are divided into industry groups, reflecting key areas of core expertise in:

infrastructure, utilities and renewables
resources (mining and energy)
telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology (TMET)
financial institutions
real estate
industrials.
