Macquarie DDR Trust is now managed by EDT Retail Management Limited

As announced on 22 April 2010:

Macquarie's 50% ownership of Macquarie DDR Management Limited, the manager of Macquarie DDR Trust has been transferred to EPN GP LLC.
This means that Macqaurie DDR Trust is now managed by the EDT Retail Management Limited which is a joint venture between EPN GP LLC and the property manager DDR.

Developers Diversified Realty (DDR) is a US REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange. DDR is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust operating as a fully integrated real estate company which acquires, develops and leases shopping centres.

EPN GP, LLC is a joint venture between Elbit Plaza USA LP and Eastgate Property LLC established to focus on investments in the US retail and commercial real estate sectors.
