GIF III

GIF III¹ is a series of unlisted closed-end funds with a focus on infrastructure or infrastructure-like assets in the OECD and OECD-like countries.

GIF III is closed to new investors.

Objective

GIF III aims to invest in assets that exhibit a sustainable competitive advantage over other participants in the relevant sector, add value to investments through active management and return funds to investors once investments have been divested.

GIF III has four investments in infrastructure assets.

Global Tower Partners: Largest third-party operator of wireless towers in US and Puerto Rico
Hobart Airport: Tasmania’s main airport, Australia
Pisto: Oil storage, transportation and distribution business in France
Retirement Care (NZ): Largest aged care social infrastructure provider in New Zealand
