KBS aired a statement pursuant to the Press Arbitration Commission decision

KBS aired the following statement on 14 May 2009 at its news program <News Square> pursuant to the decision of the Press Arbitration Commission.
 
Title: MKIF, "No violation of Tax Law"
 
"With regard to KBS news reports on tax avoidance by an infrastructure fund broadcasted at News 9 on April 2 and at News Square on April 3, the tax law does not necessarily limit the interest rate on loans to related companies to 9% and no tax law violation has been identified. Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund said that its investments were made in compliance with the relevant laws, and that there has not been any intention to either breach tax law or avoid tax."
