Our financial information, which is in compliance with Korean GAAP and the Indirect Investment Asset Management Business Act (IIAMBA), is presented to provide our financial performance and position.

Note:
Non-consolidated financial information provides useful information for the distribution to be paid and for the income from investments in the concession companies by MKIF. In the consolidated financial statements, concession companies in which MKIF owns more than 30% and is the largest shareholder are fully consolidated to provide the financial information of consolidated entity, except in certain circumstances where management control over concession companies are restricted. But, due to the amendment of relevant regulations in January 2007, MKIF is not going to provide consolidatd financial statement.
