Macquarie Asia’s Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for managing technology infrastructure. This includes supporting, maintaining and enhancing business systems, delivering and deploying new systems, technologies and services, and ensuring that all required technical hardware, software and support is provided to staff.

ITG in Asia is made up of approximately 100 staff and comprises:

  the Macquarie Capital Securities Asia (MSA) Account team that provides technology support for the Macquarie Capital Securities business across Asia;

  the Equity Markets Group (EMG) Account team which delivers trading and risk management systems for the Equity Markets business; and

  the Infrastructure Technology Services team responsible for the management and delivery of Macquarie’s technology infrastructure.

Closely aligned with business requirements and working in a fast paced and challenging environment, ISD in Asia provides rapid response to business requests, and deals with leading edge technologies and large scale and complex projects.
