• Macquarie Funds Management Hong Kong Limited (“MFMHKL”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Macquarie Group
• The Manager was incorporated in Hong Kong in 21 July 2000 and is a corporation licensed to provide advice on securities and carry out asset management activities under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Macquarie Funds Management Hong Kong Limited is an entity that operates within MQ Asset Management, a specialist fund manager which combines the entrepreneurial nature of the boutique investment manager with Macquarie's expertise in equity trading and risk management
• MFMHKL works closely with Macquarie Equities (Asia) Limited on the development and delivery of structured products and quantitative investment strategies for Asian investors

The Funds

As at 1^st July 2008, MQ Portfolio Management Limited will retire as Manager of the sub-funds of the MQ Unit Trust Series (as set out below).  Macquarie Funds Management Hong Kong Limited will be appointed as the new manager and will appoint MQ Portfolio Management Limited as sub-manager.
