Macquarie Capital Advisers Macquarie Capital Advisers in Asia provides advisory and capital raising services and undertakes principal and funds investments. The Corporate Finance team initiates, structures and executes a broad spectrum of transactions for corporations, institutions and governments, providing lateral solutions and delivering special value. The Group’s network of more than 300 corporate financiers in Asia and 1,500 globally delivers the highest standard of advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, takeovers, debt, equity and hybrid financing, capital management, structuring and project financing. Macquarie Capital Funds Macquarie Capital Funds manages a range of specialist funds which continues to be an important part of MACCAP's strategy. Macquarie Capital Products Macquarie Capital Products brings together the structured finance areas of MACCAP, advising and participating in corporate and project financing transactions where there is a wide range of structured finance and taxation issues. Macquarie Capital Finance Macquarie Capital Finance is a leading financial services provider to the corporate, professional and government sectors, creating tailored financial solutions using Macquarie's balance sheet.
