We provide a market making and sales service in these issues as well as structuring credit hedging solutions via CDS & Asset swaps.

We continually look to satisfy corporate and client needs alike on the issuance side. Whilst we endeavour to continue bringing quality corporates to the market, some of our buy side clients have very specific investing requirements. If they require higher credit quality, more balanced pricing or stocks not represented in the traditional CB universe, the solution is synthetic convertible bonds. In conjunction with our volatility pricing desk we are now issuing synthetic convertibles which can be structured over stocks, indices, currencies and baskets.
