Macquarie Group (Macquarie), headquartered in Sydney, Australia, is a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services employing more than 14,600 staff in 28 countries.
Macquarie has been active in Europe since the late 1980s with our European head office in London. In the German speaking countries Macquarie has offices in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich and Vienna.
In Austria, Macquarie has been active since 1995 and has been operating an office in Vienna since 2001. Following the establishment of Macquarie Bank International Limited, Vienna Branch, Macquarie is operating as a bank in Austria thereby being able to offer the full range of investment funds of Macquarie Funds Group, the asset management division of Macquarie, to private and institutional clients.
