Macquarie North America has over 40 professionals in Canada dedicated to the infrastructure sector. With offices in Toronto and Vancouver, Macquarie North America services a variety of clients across the country.

In Canada, Macquarie North America delivers advisory services to both corporate and government clients. Advisory services include project financing, structured financing, cross-border leasing, capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic options evaluation, and other corporate, strategic and financial advice.

Within infrastructure, Macquarie North America focuses its efforts on three specific areas: transportation, power & utilities and social infrastructure.

Transportation

Macquarie North America's transportation team has advisory experience and expertise in many facets of the transportation sector including roads, tunnels, bridges, rail, public transport, ports, airports and parking.

Power & utilities

Macquarie North America's power & utilities team is involved in a wide range of transactions in a variety of sectors including electricity generation, transmission, distribution and retailing, pipelines and water/wastewater.

Social infrastructure

Macquarie North America's social infrastructure team has a range of advisory expertise in several accommodation infrastructure Public Private Partnerships (P3s) including courts, hospitals and schools.
