Macquarie’s Equity Capital Markets team is responsible for the structuring, execution, and overall management of all equity issuances originating out of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. Macquarie’s ECM group offers our clients fresh ideas and innovative solutions to meet their every need. Our capabilities continue to expand and our Clients have access to an array of alternative equity-related products. The Equity Capital Markets team also works closely with Macquarie Capital Securities to provide marketing, pricing, allocations, distribution, stabilization and after market support for all of our issues.

With over 60 offices operating in 27 countries, we have a 24-hour global distribution platform into all major financial centres. Macquarie has strong knowledge in each of the markets we operate in, along with membership of 23 exchanges around the globe.

We have successfully raised capital for a wide range of companies across all sectors in the Canadian market. Over the last five years we have managed over 400 financings raising more than $29 billion.
